This two-story red-brick home was designed in the English Tudor-revival style and built in the 1920s on a one-acre lot adjacent to a golf course. This remodel comprised the addition of a new master bathroom and extensive reconfiguration of the kitchen, including a new breakfast room.

The original character and structure of the home were respected and preserved, while updating it for a contemporary family.
